Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. There is a 10 minute grace period if you are running late, after 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and the 50% cancellation fee applies. If it is an emergency please reach out to me, as I am human and understand things happen.
If the card on file does not have sufficient funds for the cancellation fee you will not be able to book with me again, so please be mindful!
